How to change the ME3 Graphics?

The title says it all. I have ME3 for PC, and I wonder how I am supposed to change the graphics. Surely there are more options than to change the resolution and turn AA on and off (which are pretty much the only options I seem to find in the extra-tab in the game). Right?

You are in the wrong forum. This is strictly ME-1, and as soon as you set your profile up to include ME-3, you can use the correct forum, meanwhile, you are off topic in here.

Go to your install directory\\binaries and launch the config.
