They do not. They do not care about feedback from people who did not like the ending, that is obvious. No matter what they say.

I loved the ending. Don't think your opinions is a consensus. Merely a vocal minority on internet forums.

Oh the irony.

Guys. The same person behind the twitter account has said repeatedly that they are taking feedback from both sides. Stay calm and continue holding the line.

In the last 2 weeks I've seen more evidence to suggest these endings were intended and they do not intend to do anything about it, in fact they intend to NOT do anything about it (that is not redundant).

Thought this deserves an extra thread because the Bioware Twitter-Account obviously tries to downsize the "Take back ME" movement.

‏ @[/s]masseffect[/b][/i]@[/s]mirta0001[/b] We are getting plenty of feedback from people who love the ending and consider the thought of changing it an affront, as well.8:36 PM - 20 Mar 12 via HootSuite · Embed this Tweet[/i] Reply[/b] [/i] Retweet[/b] [/i] Favorite[/b][/list]twitter.com/#!/masseffect/status/182188923588579329

That he/she/whoever is writing is getting this impression is surprising if you take a look at their twitter feed.

So, hold the line!

Edit: Ok, if someone can tell me how to properly implement Twitter-Messages I would be grateful.

I really want to know where this supposed feedback is coming from.  I mean, yeah, I've seen it, but it always pales in comparision to the various Retake Mass Effect/We hate the ending efforts.

Many people said nothing about changing it. What is wrong with simply adding to the existing package? The biggest issue people have is that so many, so many, are unhappy. We're not saying noone is happy with the ending as is, of course they are we have a wide demographic playing this game, but there is no reason at all why this game couldn't have multiple endings and thus the capability to make a much large number of fans happy with the ending they received.

The fact they've placed onus on the concept of replacing the current ending, rather than adding to it, and it being an affront to those who like it immediately displays an agenda. This is not a fair look at things from their perspective: they're fishing for excuses to justify not doing the work.

Unbelievable.

I've seen posts on various sites saying Bioware shouldn't change the ending, but compared to us there isn't that many. Bioware is just trying to play nice to them. Hold the line!!

Enjoy losing your passionate fan base. The fan base which is far more vocal in their support of you and will be a huge detriment should you ignore them.

Definitely not a bot. All this tells me is we have offended somebody, and that doesn't surprise me.

I am sure there are plenty of people who liked the ending. The problem is no one can say for sure if more people like or dislike the ending. All we can say is we are the biggest videogame campaign in history.

Oh hey I've got an idea....Kind of crazy, but stick with me....

Just give us more, and better options!!! The Space Odyssey star-child fans can watch the different colored explosions, and the rest of us can watch a more satisfying victory cut scene that involves kicking the Starchild in the face, and includes more information about what happens to our crew mates.

Since that is exactly what the pro-ending people keep saying (to keep their current endings EXACTLY as they are), it should make everyone happy.

Plenty is proably like the 5 Threads liking the ending I saw on the forum the last few days. Well, but those all ignore the plotholes of course.

Most of my friends IRL are Bioware, and Mass Effect fans.  Of them all, only one goes on the forums.  They all hate the ending.

It isn't just the internet forum crowd.

Yes, minority. Quick poll in my guild of 30 puts us at 100% hate the endings.

It's a moot point anyway. Who the hell needs the ending to be CHANGED? Just ADD in new ones.

Those who enjoy the current endings are happy. Those who require new ones are happy.

Is this really that difficult to comprehend? Should I start saying to BW: "This concept is beyond your comprehension"?

Honestly....

I would be interested in the demographics of these people who enjoy the ending.
