This may be a bit silly, but is there any way to mod the game so that Shadow Broker and Arrival DLC don't activate until after the final mission.  I know you can wait to play them until after, but since the emails get sent to you much earlier it kind of makes the RP aspect confusing to say the least.

Please help a poor OCD fellow out.

I don't believe there is, sorry, other than uninstalling them and then reinstalling them when you want to actually play them. It always kinda annoys me too, though.
