Well, to be honest, the Collector Rifle bundle with the Artbook is much more worth it ($30).
The Artbook itself is really, really interesting and worth the $30 even without the rifle.

It's really not great. It is the exact same as the avenger except 2.5 times as heavy and 1.5 times as accurate.

EDIT: And 1000 times as good looking.

It actually outdamages the Avenger as well and has a much bigger reserve of ammunition.

Aww, thanks! That's the reason I put up this notice when I found out about this half an hour or so ago. I was mad I almost missed it and I have been getting disgusted by the price gouging on eBay for a code. And I know quite a few people who want to get their collector rifles at a higher level without having to pay $24 or more for a single level.

If you pre-ordered the physical copy from Barnes and Noble you should have already received yours! Contact B&N asap if this is the case!

Otherwise this specific promotion is just for the digital copies.

Awesome! Thanks! I ordered the comic. I don't know if I'll like the Collector Rifle seeing as how it's as heavy as the Revenant, but it's better to have it anyway.

The site says the 23rd, so you might get it on Friday. If it get's to Saturday it becomes time to e-mail support.

I figure that the codes can come anytime between now and Friday. They might start sending them out when they stop the deal on the 21st (tomorrow).

You can either read them on the site, or if you have an Iphone or Ipod touch, or pad, you can download the Dark Horse app, and read it on them.

Sounds cool. Hopefully we will start to get them around then.

At the very least hopefully this will give people the chance to get the weapon if they didn't have it.

I don't doubt it at all. I would love to have the book believe me.. but husband and I both really desired the rifle and both of those codes were still less than just one of the art books. Someday we might be able to get the art book

Theoretically if you use multiple accounts (assuming you just want the collector rifle codes and upgrades) you can get almost 4 codes by buying the Invasion bundle instead of the Artbook. (28 dollars versus 24 dollars)

No idea why Aria was purple or why Shiala, the only green asari, was in it though.

Also now 100% convinced the first Story DLC is Taking Back Omega, excluding From Ashes.

That's only if you don't take into account the value of the actual product you are purchasing, not just the additional promotional stuff.

For those that enjoy using the Avenger rifle and the Geth pulse rifle it's probably right up their alley.

That's true, but you probably won't count the value of digital comics when you buy the same one more than once.

And if eBay is anything to go by: people seem to be willing to pay $80+ to get these codes. $7 in comparison seems a deal.

I just hope there aren't people who are going to go crazy over this just to get more codes to put on eBay once this deal is over in a few hours.
