I'll be happy seeing more people using this weapon in-game and knowing they didn't get screwed over by high prices (comparatively speaking).

Yeah, that's what I figure. Also in the UK so the price for the 4 comics and the code were a steal.

Gotta love that exchange rate! So did you get multiple levels of the rifle or just sticking to level I?

When you get the code! Worst case scenario you'll just have to contact support on the 24th to get your pack.

Haha, yeah. Just level 1 for me for now. I'm just happy to get the gun too be honest with you. If any other opportunities come up like this though then I probably will upgrade it. How about yourself?

I'm at a point in my life when I have an excess of petty cash and no family to have to take care of. That being said, my collector rifle is going to be significantly upgraded!

guys be careful, if you have multiple codes for the CAR, don't Redeem them all at once. I have 5 codes, I redeemed the first one and it shows up, so I redeem the last 4 codes all at once. 2nd one shows up in the store, but I've restarted multiple times now and the last 3 pack, well in this case the 3rd one didn't show up. I've contacted support but for now I only got CAR II instead of CAR V cause of this

k I've contacted Support, they told me since I used all 4 at once, it could take up to 2-3 hours (seriously though ) before the last 3 will show up. So here's hoping they do, cause I still got a 6th one xD. (Thank goodness I didn't use the 6th one yet).

For me, I redeem my third code (I redeem as Thargorichiban said), but it failed just as TigerShinobi was. But I only redeem a code after I collect the pack...

I redeemed two at once before finding this thread, only one has shown up. So I next redeemed just a single code (my third altogether) but it hasn't shown up in game. So doing what ThatgoriChiban suggested sounds good, but isn't working.

The exact same thing happened to me! Redeemed 2 codes, one pack showed up. I collected that pack, exited the game, re-entered the game, still nothing.

So I redeemed my third code to see if that was the issue. Log into multiplayer, and still no pack!


Where are my packs? Are we limited to just one pack per promotion? If that is the case, A) why was that not made clear in the promotional offer on http://www.darkhorse.com/Blog/867/mass-effect-code-promo, and  why did social.bioware.com accept my code anyway?

I contacted EA support, and they were unable to help in any way. Bioware developers, could you please respond to this? I feel like I just got ripped off...

At the moment i'm waiting 2-3 hours to see if the packs show up, if they do i'll redeem my other 7, if they don't, i'll be contacting my credit card company and having the charges reversed (dark horse won't be happy but false advertising is false advertising).

saxybeast418 : others have redeemed the code more then once and had their collector assault rifle upgraded, so it's definitely not a one use per promotion thing.
