Hi Everyone.

We want to thank you all for making Operation Goliath so successful. We had almost 3 million Brutes killed and many fans making it all the way to extraction at the end of the Silver challenge. Your awarded Victory packs for killing Brutes and Commendation packs for those who reached extraction on Silver (or better) will be on the way to you soon.

We had underestimated how many of you would be successful in this challenge, so it will take a little longer to get the Commendation Packs to you. They will start to be activated at 5pm PST and will have all been activated by 9pm PST.

To get your rewards, you will need to restart Mass Effect 3 and then re-enter multiplayer. Once you have, visit the store and get your free pack or packs.

It will look like this (if you have both awards):

If you did not get  a pack but think you should have, please note that we are investigating and will have a solution for you (likely tomorrow am). Sorry for the inconvenience, still some kinks to work out - these events are a new initiative for us

Yeah, I most definitely do not have the commendation pack, and finished COUNTLESS silver+ games.

did that, I didnt start the game up until 5:25 PST and all I got was the victory pack. whats the deal? I completed multiple silver challenges against the reapers.

I didn't get any Commendation Packs but I got a 'special veteran' pack for 33,000 credits. I assumed that was the Commendation pack so I purchased it.

They will probably take longer to get around, system will have to check if you completed or not. Thats my guess as to why there not out yet.

Hope I get the Commendation pack, even though I did not see Priestley's
ninja-edit telling me I had to turn on the "Send EA/Bioware data and
statistics from my PC" ingame, a day AFTER the challenge began, for any
game I played to be counted...

Are the packs currently bugged or are we legitimately being "rewarded" for a special event with what is literally a lesser version of a veteran pack?
