Hi Everyone.

We want to thank you all for making Operation Goliath so successful. We had almost 3 million Brutes killed and many fans making it all the way to extraction at the end of the Silver challenge. Your awarded Victory packs for killing Brutes and Commendation packs for those who reached extraction on Silver (or better) will be on the way to you soon.

We had underestimated how many of you would be successful in this challenge, so it will take a little longer to get the Commendation Packs to you. They will start to be activated at 5pm PST and will have all been activated by 9pm PST.


To get your rewards, you will need to restart Mass Effect 3 and then re-enter multiplayer. Once you have, visit the store and get your free pack or packs.

If you did not get  a pack but think you should have, please note that we are investigating and will have a solution for you (likely tomorrow am). Sorry for the inconvenience, still some kinks to work out - these events are a new initiative for us :)

To those who are exiting in and out of MP to see when they get the commendation pack. You do not have to do this, you can carry on playing and it will be in the store in the next little while automatically.

Hey guys, if you don't get a pack, check your BSN Profile Under registered content. You need to have a certain entitlement showing:

Operation Goliath Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, March 27 at 5pm PST)

If you don't have that, and you think you should have received it, contact EA customer support (I recommend live chat) and they should be able to assist once you give them some information.

Don't PM me for help, I can't do much other than pass info to CS.

There could be a number of reasons, hard to say for individual cases.

Good point. It was listed in the detailed sticky post here in the forum but should have been called out in other places like the blog.  Contact customer service and explain - they may be able to help you out.

Actually they should be able to help, and I'm sorry if they can't right now. It may take until tomorrow (probably) but I'll talk to the CE team and give them the right info to help people out. Sorry to those having trouble - this event was a first fr Edmonton team do there are some kink to work out...

Guys, I don't think customer service is prepped properly if they aren't granting you the packs. Stay tuned for tomorrow am, we'll investigate. Ultimately you will get your pack, but maybe not tonight.

See the OP. we'll get you fixed tomorrow (don't wait all night!). Also, I'm not sure why the Data option requirement wasn't on the blog post (it was in the big forum post). If you didn't have it on and were not aware, we should still be able to help you (tomorrow).

Ill take it up with the team. 

I got the hurricane too - its sweet with a couple of good mods and cryo ammo.
