No, I understood what he said. But I don't want to go contact customer support unneccesarily, if, say, they're also slowly putting in the registered content.

I figure i'd just log out and guessed that Bioware were updating servers as it was time for commendation packs to be released.
When i logged back in i was horrified to see i only had 3300 credits and no spectre pack to show for it!! Then i checked the new packs. Commendation pack was free but the other prize pack was not!
What the hell Bioware? Rob me of time and credits then charge me more credits for a pack that was supposed to be free!

This. Hell I got the shotgun. I would have rather had the PISTOL than the shotgun. :/ You figured they'd have some way to monitor the weapons you frequent to reward accordingly. Nope. I get a ****ty ass shotgun that I'll never use....

Care to explain why we can't get our pack? I hope it will worth all this trouble but I seriously doubt that.

Don't worry! I haven't received mine either. As people have been saying, these things take a bit of time so just hang on tight until 9pm PST rolls around and perhaps 15-30 minutes extra just to be sure. If you still don't have it then, then I would toss game support a message regarding the issue. I'm sure they'll help you out.
That's what I plan to do if mine doesn't come later this evening. And I know I beat reaper on silver so many times on Sunday that it has to be coming. Anyway, fingers crossed that I don't need to open up a ticket and for you and others as well.

I'll throw a message towards customer support, but I won't be dying of disappointment if the results are less than favorable; honestly, the weapons aren't that great (sans the Valiant), and, as I've said, I'm kinda used to this type of thing by now. The only problem I have is that what guarantee do I have that this won't happen again in the future, when new events inevitably pop up?

Now Bioware won't give me support, and I can't access the EA support either, because my account seems to be one of those accounts, who always get redirected to a dead-end-page, when trying to access EA support, no matter which browser or pc I'm using. While this is a known problem on the EA forums, EA hasn't managed to come up with any other solution than pretending the affected people being to stupid to type in the address correctly.
