Happened to me before; it still gave you items you simply don't know which you got.

Yeah, something is really wrong with Bioware. I turn it on and still didn't get this goddamned pack. Not that I needed it anyway.

Good point. It was listed in the detailed sticky post here in the forum but should have been called out in other places like the blog.  Contact customer service and explain - they may be able to help you out.

Yep, the send in feeback thingy was added later to the main post by Priestley. Which is ridiculous as lots of people only checked the topic once and saw the dates and waht they had to do and did not go back to that first post until challenge was over. I know I did...

I Checked the feedback toggle thing, its on by default. I hosted one silver reaper game on my own just incase and completed it. Yet, i didnt get any commendation pack ( I have collector edition )

Yes, but what i'm saying is that the pack is not there despite qualifying for it. As instructed on the forums, I had ingame feedback turned on when I did so as well

Sorry Jarrett but EA Support can't do anything about it at the moment. They just give you the run around. Understandable since they can only do what they are trained to do, which does not include manually adding in-game rewards it seems.

And about the people complaining about what's in the boxes... come on. You know the rewards in this game are randomized, so don't expect these to be any different. Just be happy you got one unlike unlucky people such as myself.

Oh btw, everytime i clicked multiplayer, I got the error message: "an online pass is required to access online features of the game" and yet I managed to go into multiplayer.
However the error message happens to me everytime since this morning.

What gives??

Just got off EA chat support... took him 45 minutes to tell me "I have no idea how to help you" in broken english.

I look forward to participating in, but not getting any rewards from the next multiplayer event. :wub:

no commendation pack, multiple successful reaper silver run on the weekend and it's 9:14 pm PST now, both cloud sync in origin and the feed back thingy are on. The cake is officially a lie now.

Its already past 9pm on the Pacific Coast right?

I got no Commendation pack yet... Where is it? I played well over 500 matches against Reapas on Silver and Gold during the tournament and I have Feedback ON.

And the shotgun I got on victory pack is not showing on char weapons screen... blergh

Actually they should be able to help, and I'm sorry if they can't right now. It may take until tomorrow (probably) but I'll talk to the CE team and give them the right info to help people out. Sorry to those having trouble - this event was a first fr Edmonton team do there are some kink to work out...

Same problem here no commendation pack, played and won silver matches with feedback on. I took a screenshoot of one to have as a proof, its showing saturday date on the file.
