In the meantime, I may just play some Dragonage: Origins or ME1

I tried to explain the problem and the EA guy told me to reinstall the game. lol

I see that I was not the only one who had this problem.
Received the Victory Pack but not the Commendation Pack. :(

I had Data tracking on too as it was the default setting.

Would contacting EA Support be the best way to solve this situation?

As I haven't seen any positive posts from that.

I will repeat this because it is really weird. Nothing that came in my Victory Pack is actually computed to my account. Not the weapon, not the consumables, nothing! (at least that one was showing when I ran the game just a little while ago, unlike Commendation Pack)

Yeah, a little exageration... I did play it non-stop though. At some 21-27 mins per match. I sleep very little and I have an ugly wife. I can play all I want!  (And I have a kicking ass team, with some friends from BSN)

PS.: The part about my wife... that was a joke (she does not read English but with google translator around, I better make that perfectly clear. =)

I have yet to receive my Commendation pack as well. Completed 3 Silver Reaper extractions this weekend.

Hopefully it's just taking a bit longer than expected and we'll all receive them by tomorrow.

you know the deal. no commendation pack. beat silver at least once with feedback turned on. seems like the prudent thing to do is add my name to this thread. sigh. thanks for the update, though. I hope this all gets worked out by the morning.

Mahendra: Bioware is already started to activate these packs on players account and you will also get this activated on your game soon.

Perhaps it was mentioned elsewhere, maybe even on this forum, but I assumed that reading the actual blog would provide me with the necessary information I needed. Guess not. Honestly, again, I'm not surprised.


WOW are you kidding me?! Why wasn't this stated on the official Bioware post about this event? I had this option set to off because generally I don't like data tracking features left on my computer. And in the description only says it helps fix bugs.

I think Bioware owes us an apology and should at least give everyone a commendation pack in compensation.

Guys, I don't think customer service is prepped properly if they aren't granting you the packs. Stay tuned for tomorrow am, we'll investigate. Ultimately you will get your pack, but maybe not tonight.
