I got the hurricane too - its sweet with a couple of good mods and cryo ammo.

For future records, I believe those victory pack should've been more rewarding based on how well those challenges were surpassed as in:

We needed 1M, if we got it, we'll get this victory pack, if we got, like, 2~3M, it would be a not so much better pack, and if 4~5M it could be an pack better than a spectre one.

This would make people more likely to try the challenge for a higher profit.

So not only do I not get a Commendation Pack, I can't buy packs because all my purchases fail to go through . . . such a shame the event system doesn't seem to have been tested before it was deployed.

Got my victory pack redeemed it with no issues, just some level 2 geth assault rifle... >.<

Havent got my commendation pack yet, wont call anyone, wont write nasty emails about it, ill just keep checking the forums to see whats up, i had a blast on the operation goliath, lots of new people to play over the multiplayer.

Hope to see this issue solved soon, and that these issues wont keep them from making future online mmm "operations".

I haven't read every page of this thread, are the people not receiving theirs primarily/entirely on PC? How is eligibility determined without the data option allowed, anyway?

I'm just curious. I'm on the 360 and received my Commendation pack. Sadly, it contained the SMG. XD But hey, what can you do. Great event, wonderful opportunity for people. Much appreciated!

PC Gamer here, never got my reward for beating Reapers on Silver.

Edit: So I followed all the suggestions above, contacted EA, talked to a CSR called 'Masood', and his response was, in a nutshell, 'sorry, tough luck, maybe you'll get your pack in a few hours.  If no, there's nothing that can be done about it', then gave me the whole spiel about contacting them again if I have any future issues, and then he closed the chat on me.  Great customer service there.

Nothing for me, even though I did about 5-6 matches of silver that weekend with the online feedback ON, only the Victory Pack. Would like to get the Commendation Pack. I dont have it in my BSN content for some reason, even though I deserve to get it. I'm playing on PC.

I don't think it can be, I guess they're just going to assume people that request it are honest? Or maybe they just have something I'm not aware of -- in which case, why is the data option required in the first place?

I'm on the 360, and haven't gotten it. It isn't just a PC issue, I think it's just that PC gamers are more likely to use forums, console gamers half the time don't appear to even realize forums exist...

I just encountered something weird. When I first logged in I had access to both "Commendation" and "Victory" packs, but when I tried to redeem them it would say there was an error and to call support. I closed the game and reopened it but when I got to the store only the "Victory" pack was there. I did the challenge why didn't I get both packs?

You've got the content at least, so you can claim a new one, some(such as me) dont even have the content for some reason, and i'm starting to get jealous at all those guys who got the pack already. I want the weapons. =/

Unfortunately, I did not receive my commendation pack either. Though it seems I am not alone at all in this regard. Anyway, much appreciated the post by Jarrett Lee mentioning that EA/Bioware will be making sure people get taken care of. Although the ordeal makes me decidedly sadface, it really is their first event type venture to promote the multiplayer aspect of ME3 so as long it gets taken care of in the end, I'm sure we can all cut some slack and be understanding.

It's good to see that they will work to assist those who weren't aware of the data option requirement. To be fair, it wasn't listed everywhere and for those who simply read the blog or perhaps just logged in-game to be notified that an event/challenge was underway but never knew they had to have the data option turned on until being forced to come to the forums because they didn't receive their package is not fair to them.

But these are all things that can be fixed for people right now and better prepared for next time. A simple addition at the bottom of the notification ingame when you log into multiplayer as well as in the options menu of the game for the data option that reads, "You must have this on to receive any rewards from events..." will probably have people ready and waiting when the time comes.

In the end, it was a fun event and awesome to see things like this taking place to keep things lively. As with all things for the first time, it happens. I'm sure it'll be much smoother next time.

On that note, I eagerly await getting my N7 weapon that I probably won't use very often but secretly want to, tomorrow.

I don't understand why waiting one day is such a hassle, I'm sure you can live one day without it and if you can't the problem is with you, not Bioware, don't be so harsh to staff. This is the first weekend event we should be supporting them and assisting through problems like this, not attacking them for every little fault.

I spoke to EA Customer Support and got the Operation Goliath Commendation added.

Opened my N7 pack and got the Valiant! Sweet!

Awesome! I got the N7 Eagle! That's exactly the weapon I was hoping for - I just unlocked the drell vanguard and I was in the market for a good lightweight pistol.

Is there any way to upgrade these?

hmm, I got a Victory Pack, but no Commendation Pack. And I don't see any "Operation Goliath Commendation" in my Profil.
