When I first time entered the game today I saw victory pack. But I could not activate it (maybe some tech problems). I restarted the game but victory pack has been disappeared. Also I dont have comendation pack.

Got both packs.
Victory pack contained pistol scope IV and vindicator III
.
But atleast got the N7 Hurricane from commendation pack wich is propably most useful of all the collector's edition weapons.

I logged in about 10-15 minutes ago around 4:15 - 4:20AM ET and all I received was the Victory Pack. This is 7 - 8 hours after I should have received the pack. I logged out thinking the store could only show five packs at a times but that was not the case. I even quit the game and logged back in with no luck. No sure what else to do to receive my Com Pack.

Why is the N7 pistol so useless? I mean seriously an SMG in a pistol skin? That isn't right ..... What a rip off :/ Oh well at least it was free (except my time wasted doing the set to get it).

I was just told by EA Support on Live that they do not support in game rewards and I have to go to the forums. Even the knowedge base article at https://help.ea.com/...weekend-rewards says "don't see it in-game after restarting, click on "Talk to a Game Advisor" and we'll square you away!"

I then asked him if he's able to add the achievement to my BSN profile manually or not. Put me on hold then asked for my origin ID, a few minutes later had it in my BSN profile.
They take a while before they reply but it does work and got the useless n7 Eagle as well (wish it was the Valiant instead)

I demand the time I spent of my life to be repayed for the bull **** N7 Eagle pistol I recieved from my pack. It is a squirt gun SMG inside a pistol skin. I mean seriously it's an SMG with no damage put out and only 18 bullets a clip that is considered a pistol? Why is it I got ripped off on this. I demand either the time I wasted of my life back (time is money people nothing in this world is free) or the thing to be upgraded/altered so it is useful. I mean what kind of special bonus item can't even kill enemies on bronze? ........ What a waste of space. I mean seriously the description claims it is a fully automatic phalanx pistol but it does less dmagae, has less accuracy , and has the kick of the revenant assault rifle. Like what kinf od pistol is this? The pistol of the mega hobos? ....
