They've got to perform a huge search function on a giant database of players. They've got to scan over two days of data for hundreds of thousands of unique users to see if even one Silver game successfully won. If that's the case, they activate the box. Lots of data, a couple hours to crunch it. Be patient.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about at least if any one bioware has even a modicum of sense anway. The way this should have worked is a very, very simple toggle once a single silver+ reaper mission was completed on your account. If they only started data mining after the event ended to check if people had passed the challenge then the people in charge of this event are pretty clearly mentally challenged.

I'm in the same boat Carniflex and Eagle but honestly at this point I'd rather upgrade my Carniflex than stick with my level I N7 pistol.

Just got off EA Live Chat, and got my Commendation Pack relatively quickly. I actually got the weapon I was hoping for: the N7 Valiant, sweet

just got in EA support. told them i'm "one of those people". He quickly understood and gave me the pack in an instant.

Too bad I have the N7 Crusader. At least it's a decent one. Still very replaceable tho.

Also got my pack from Customer Service, took a little while but overall very friendly and I really liked that they are waiting for you to check if you actually have got the Pack before the move on to the next person. Overall very pleasant Customer Service.

Hi Everyone.

We want to thank you all for making Operation Goliath so successful. We had almost 3 million Brutes killed and many fans making it all the way to extraction at the end of the Silver challenge. Your awarded Victory packs for killing Brutes and Commendation packs for those who reached extraction on Silver (or better) will be on the way to you soon.

We had underestimated how many of you would be successful in this challenge, so it will take a little longer to get the Commendation Packs to you. They will start to be activated at 5pm PST and will have all been activated by 9pm PST.

To get your rewards, you will need to restart Mass Effect 3 and then re-enter multiplayer. Once you have, visit the store and get your free pack or packs.

It will look like this (if you have both awards):

UPDATE (FROM JARRETT LEE):

If you did not get  a pack but think you should have, please note that we are investigating and will have a solution for you (likely tomorrow am). Sorry for the inconvenience, still some kinks to work out - these events are a new initiative for us

I got the packs, but I think I got the wrong ones, because 1 pack had 3 items in, and the other had 5 random items which were the same quality as a Veteran pack. I expect when completing a challenge like this that the quality of the one off rewards be as good as if not better than the quality of a spectre pack.

Otherwise it really looks like you don't care about the community and are treating us all as a joke. Just like the ending of ME3.

Just spoke with Biswajeet via chat, and after maybe 10 minutes of searching he manually added a commendation pack. Much better than that Masood twit who basically cba to look into it at all earlier.

....and it was the frakking Eagle.  Ah well.

I also contacted EA's support and "Praveen kumar" was able to help me. After he made some changes to my account I was able to see the pack in the store and got my N7 Sniper Rifle

I told him Bioware's forum led me there and directed him to a couple posts in here and in 5 minutes he fixed it for me!

Strange, I completed several Reaper rounds on silver and should have gotten a Commendation pack.
