I cant even do the live chat thing. the moment i got in, it disconnected instantly, like WTF

 Still don't have my commendation pack even though I KNOW I should have one. This is really starting to ****** me off, and this "investigation" better end with me and others like me who should have received the pack getting their hard earned rewards.

Live Chat did the trick. I got my package now, and a Valiant Sniper Rifle. Prefer heavy hitters, but I can work with this.

I'm not even sure what happened with this one.. I never got a commendation pack but I bought a specter one and It had a N7 weapon in it. Did I actually find one in a Specter pack? I didn't think that was possible. I thought at first maybe It gave me the commendation one and I was mistaken but the points for the specter pack were definately gone.. so maybe it opened both at the same time and showed me both packs items at once? I don't even know.

Contacted the ea live chat and voila! recieved my commendation pack.it only took them like 5-10mins.
recieved n7 hurrican

It was for me as well, so I used the second one (the one in the middle). Worked nicely.

Or well wait. now im even more confused. I know i got something from the pack that had an N7 background on it, but it was a M-358 Talon which isn't N7 sooo dunno anymore

What weapon did you get?

I'll be buying the **** out of those Spectre packs if this is true, because my commendation hasn't shown up yet.

EDIT: ^ didn't see your other post there. That's correct, Talon is an N7-level unlock, meaning it's one of the hardest to get.

Unfortunately for me, both Live Chat and the Middle option was greyed out.
I had to send an e-mail instead.

It took a little longer than with others in live chat, but I got helped out and got my N7 Eagle. Can't complain about the customer support. :-)

I checked, and I have the feedback thing turned on (you didn't mention that in the original post about the event).

I played, I got my kills on Silver and Gold.

But still no pack.

I don't mind if the requirements are harsher, like beating reapers on gold only or something.
It would be really nice if we can have one more chance...

Live chat.. they can fix it now. Did for me. N7 Valiant, thanks... will try that with my chars that do not use Widow. It's is not for the item, just the recognition for a hard work during the weekend. =)

Contact support via chat, I did it and got the pack with the Crusader sniper rifle shotgun.
