Contacted live chat, got my commendation pack in less than 5 mins.

It took a little awhile, but live chat support added the pack to my account. Got the N7 Eagle. Was hoping for the assault rifle. Ah well, least I got it.

10 minutes in chat, and they gave me the pack. Much better EA support experience than usual. Now if only I didn't get the pistol, and a weapon class I never use... would love an Assault Rifle.

The first time I went there only Email was available. Wait a couple minutes then do it again. I had to redo the form 3 or 4 times before it let me do chat.

Is it just me or is the Victory pack just a Veteran's pack? Totally worth the effort of all the Brute's killed.

I'll swap you my SMG for the shotgun lol. To be honest if this is the only time we get any of the N7 weapons they should have let us choose I never use SMG's ever and that's what I got so a bit dissapointed hell I got a SMG in the other pack as well! a SMG I already have!.  Just kinda feels like I did the challenge for nothing you know? So here's hoping we see other events with similar rewards if not then meh. Either way thanks for the event bioware it added something else to the gear grind.

I am sorely disappointed You would think a "Victory Pack" ! Would have some cool things in them.. not just a fairly mediocre normal store pack. The victory pack wasn't worth doing nothing but reapers all weekend long just in my opinion. I am very very very disappointed in the reward for our first event. At the very least it could have had 5 of each of the consumables and a gold item...

same here i've actually never had any problems with EAs live chat, you usually just have to wait like 8 hours so that all the people working there can be briefed on **** like this lol

i havent been able to buy or redeem any packs for almost a week. when i do it gives an error, says contact support if it keeps happening. kicker is - the game still debits me the credits next time i log in. and NO, the items are not on my character i logged everything i had weapon and equipment wise and nothing changed.

now trying to redeem these packs the same thing has happened and they are gone. live chat support told me to log out of my ea account which disconnected me. not willing to wait another 30 minutes on a window that says my wait time is 8 minutes.
