Waiting time for chat is actually pretty close to listed time. Took me less than 5 min to get the pack added. Unfortunately, it had the eagle in it, which isn't as good as the Paladin I use.
It's a nice gesture on Bioware's part to do this, but considering all the people who are having problems or losing their packs, they should have fixed all the bugs before doing this.

I hate my new N7 eagle its so useless... I wanted something better

On a side note about the gun I've tried to use this gun like the Phalanx with scope doesn't seem to work all that well then I tried using this gun as a battle pistol doesn't have the stopping power can anyone tell me the use of this gun?

I've only used it a few times on a Turian soldier for the extra fire rate and it turns it into a Locust SMG. I have been experimenting with this weapon but have found little to no use what so ever and when you read the description on the weapon it kind of urks me to no end because it succeeds at nothing the description says LOL.

I have the Limited Ed of ME3 and like and love the rest of the N7 weapons but just threw this weapon to the side and considering I mainly use pistols it was nice that I got it but at the same time I found better pistols out there which do its job better. Maybe Its just disappointing to see it not live up to the rest of the N7 weapons out there, what would have been better would be to find a in-between the Phalanx and Carnifex since it seem the N7 weapons do fit between the much more powerful weapons and the weaker ones.

Any ideas out there or at least some one who can vouch or at least put a valid argument for this weapon or does everyone else find this weapon useless.

Just finished up with the EA Live Chat. Was a painless conversation.
But it looks like I'll need to wait a couple hours for the Commendation Pack to show up.

I got the Victory Pack. I never received my Commendation Pack. I remembering me and three buddies did it on Firebase Dagger.

The Incisor is not a Commendation Pack exclusive, you are probably talking about the Victory pack

EA website said to check under registered game content to see if its there but its not. Does that mean even if I do Live Chat I still can't get it?

FWIW, I completed Silver Reaper once, am on xBox and am pretty sure the send data option is turned on. Did it on Sunday night, so should have plenty of time to spare.

As of an hour ago, I still have not gotten the Commendation box. Have to go settle something, will come back to look-see later.

For the people trying the live chat, use a compatible browser like IE (Work out for me) In Opera the option is grey

what is up with this multiplayer and all the errors/problems happening. very frustrating.
i just finished 11 waves on silver and had enough credits to buy the premium veteran pack.
when i hit purchase using available credits it said some type of error regarding the network. so when the screen refreshed my credits went down to 4000 when i had just over 36000.

this kind of crap is just not acceptable especially when it has to do with multiplayer.
common bioware we need some serious fixes with the multiplayer component for this game.
make it worth it.

Got a crusader, not bad, I would prefer the Valiant, but it's my second choice, the third Eagle and the last the hurricane

thanks for getting this squared away. I was able to get in touch with live chat a few minutes ago and they fixed the glitch. much appreciated.

now we just need another event so I can get something other than a crusader. heh, but I should learn to love shotguns as much as sniper rifles sooner or later. maybe this will be the kick I needed.

I got mine commendation pack. I got a SR. I wasn't too keen to have a SR but it was free so no harm done.

I wanted to point out that I got ahold of customer service as Jarrett specifically told me to, but all I received was the typical runaround that some users were talking about last night. This means it more or less devolved into the CS rep telling me to make sure I had played during the weekend, had the online data thing turned on, etc., even though I was told by Jarrett that since it wasn't listed in the blog, I should have a case to get the pack anyway.

Frustrating. Not sure what to do about it now, since it seems everything around me's failing (shocker).

Still dont have my pack, i had tracking on and i completed plenty of silver missions against reapers with extractions. I play on PC
