Just received my Commendation Pack with the N7 Valiant in it.

I got both the Commendation and the Victory Pack
One of them did not give me any N7 weapons? Just a regular uncommon? Was that supposed to happen?
I only got the N7 Hurricane

Well my comendation came with the Hurricane. Little disappointed. Would have prefered the Eagle or Valiant. At least its not the crusader...

I just contacted Live Chat regarding the Commendation Pack I never received, and the rep Abhishiok took care of the problem right away and was very professional. Got an N7 Crusader.

Click on "Talk to a Game Advisor" and follow the motions.

Got my pack through the live chat as well. It was direct and to the point so I recommend giving it a shot if the pack is not showing up.

They asked for my name and email address.

Got a Crusader.

Got my commendation pack. If you haven't gotten yours yet contact EA support, tell the problem and link the thread. In my case they asked for my cd key, and then about five minutes later got back to me and said they had applied to pack to my accont.

A++ support on this issue.

I've contacted customer support, checked my gamer entitlements, etc. It's all there but I am still unable to see the commendation pack in the store. Not sure what's going on.

Got my pack finally with a polite help of EA customer support. N7 Valiant. It could be worse.

i contacted EA and got mine. +5 cobra missiles, pistol rail amp 3, and the N& crusader shotgun

Yeah I just checked my entitlements and its not in there nor is is showing up ingame, I know I finished a silver match with reapers with a friend, I know because I used a medigl last second to get the extraction and I was the only one left alive and we got the mission complete thing pop up, so what

Can you upgrade the N7 weapons you pull? Like will upgrades just start appearing in random packs now for the weapon since its been unlocked?

I got my pack, which apparently had a Hurricane in it. Of course it bugged and I didn't get to see the rest of the contents. Sure would be nice if the store worked reliably.
