A frigging sub machine gun. I never ever use SMGs. Not in SP not in MP not in other shooter like games.

The EA live chat was unavailable when I went to the help site, but I was able to talk to a representative and got my Commendation Pack quickly. I'll restate for any other late comers to the thread, https://help.ea.com/ is your best bet for speedy resolution with getting the packs to appear.

Chatted with an EA game advisor and he added it to my account. Very helpful. all he needed was my email.

Customer service solved it. Get a Hurricane. Not what I wanted but still pretty good

So is the summary that if you do not have the commendation pack yet, but you did earn it you have to log a ticket with EA to get it? Am I reading this right?

I'm having a similar problem. I just got a vague, non-committal response along the lines of, "Sorry! It sure sucks that you can't get your pack! Try posting on the Bioware forums to get more help!"

And also, "are you sure you redeemed it in time? It expires after 7 days!!!" I guess I'll just try talking to someone else.

The guy didn't know about it, I said that everyone in the forum told me to go to EA. I posted the link of this post and he started reading, soon enough he asked me for my email and said that it was done. I logged in and got my Valiant

Just wanted to stop by, i had issues with the commendation pack, checked forums, head over ea support, live chat, got in touch with Ashutosh who helped me reclaiming the pack.
So now im the "happy" owner of the N7 hurricane.

Thanks for the great online support. If i could find the "survey" he asked me to fill with my online support experience i would... but i didnt got any kind of prompt to that survery.. :S if anyone post the link to that ill be glad to answer it.

type in under "what product is your question about?" Mass effect 3

then on category pick technical support

plataform pick the one you are using.... PC or Xbox

and select LIVE CHAT under the select a contact option
