This was the link that I went to get to EA Support

From there, I went to login located in the top right hand corner.
Then I clicked on "Talk To A Game Advisor"
Some points to remember:
Keep your sentences short and polite in chat.
I also explained clearly the following:
What system I was using for the challenge (PC).
That I did have data collection turned on.
The challenge was a Silver Challenge vs the Reapers.
That when I did the challenge, we did have a successful extraction (in my case it was even a full extraction)
The guy that I spoke with was Deepak, and he was very good.
He asked me a number of questions to verify my identity.
Walked me through it step by step. He also let me know that it would take a couple of hours before I would see the Commendation Pack in the Multiplayer Store.
It did indeed take a couple of hours for it to show up in my registered game content.
I logged in afterwards, and was able to open it and received a N7 Valiant.

I got the crusader, and it is actually quite good!
The guy Chandan took him 10 minutes to process my commendation pack.

Finally got them to give me my pack. Was not exactly simple and easy as with everyone else, but at least I got it.

You're probably talking to someone that doesn't realize what's going on. Try giving them a link to this thread if you're chatting, or try again with someone else.
I had to have them call me, then ask to talk to a supervisor before the commendation pack was unlocked.

Hello there,
Well I just tried logging in again first there, and I am at the step that you are at.
But there should be another option underneath asking what Category.
I think I chose Technical Support.
Then Platform was PC.
Then it gives me 3 options.
Call Me
Live Chat
Email Me
It could be the web browser that you are using.
My default browser is Opera and I couldn't get a chat going there.
So I had to switch to IE and then it worked fine.
