Hello there,

This was the link that I went to get to EA Support

From there, I went to login located in the top right hand corner.

Then I clicked on "Talk To A Game Advisor"

Some points to remember:
Keep your sentences short and polite in chat.

I also explained clearly the following:
What system I was using for the challenge (PC).
That I did have data collection turned on.
The challenge was a Silver Challenge vs the Reapers.
That when I did the challenge, we did have a successful extraction (in my case it was even a full extraction)

The guy that I spoke with was Deepak, and he was very good.
He asked me a number of questions to verify my identity.
Walked me through it step by step. He also let me know that it would take a couple of hours before I would see the Commendation Pack in the Multiplayer Store.

It did indeed take a couple of hours for it to show up in my registered game content.
I logged in afterwards, and was able to open it and received a N7 Valiant.

then on category pick technical support

plataform pick the one you are using.... PC or Xbox

and select LIVE CHAT under the select a contact option

finally got mine after talking to live chat for the second time. Got a valiant, makes up for the fact i haven't got a single Black widow, widow and only rank 1 mantis so far :o/

Support chat resolved the issue for me within 5 minutes. That's definitely the way to go.

Its ok, the Crusader is basically just  sniper rifle anyway lol, think of a semi auto mantis, with a 4 round clip

Yeah! Thanks for those who helped me Hantaksk and Tazzelrik!
I got the crusader, and it is actually quite good!
The guy Chandan took him 10 minutes to process my commendation pack.

 I got a stinky Hurricane that I'll never use. =( I really wanted that Crusader or at least the Valiant for my Infiltrator.

Finally got them to give me my pack. Was not exactly simple and easy as with everyone else, but at least I got it.

I'm not able to get a live chat going. I click talk to a game advisor, it asks me about the game I want, wrote Mass Effect 3, then nothing happens. It just has Mass Effect 3 in a grey box with an x next to it.

I will wait patiently, but have yet to receive my Commendation Pack (however my one of my squadmates for that Silver Reaper run already redeemed his). I hope this is resolved soon, and we all get some special goodies! Thanks Bioware!

Oh... it just happens with me...
I did the chat with Adnan, and he said he could not do anything...
Anyone was told it too??

You're probably talking to someone that doesn't realize what's going on. Try giving them a link to this thread if you're chatting, or try again with someone else.

I had to have them call me, then ask to talk to a supervisor before the commendation pack was unlocked.

I didn't, I got mine via chat and received the Crusader sniper rifle shotgun.

Hello there,

Well I just tried logging in again first there, and I am at the step that you are at.
But there should be another option underneath asking what Category.

I think I chose Technical Support.

Then Platform was PC.

Then it gives me 3 options.
Call Me
Live Chat
Email Me

It could be the web browser that you are using.
My default browser is Opera and I couldn't get a chat going there.
So I had to switch to IE and then it worked fine.

Unlike most, I received a pack, and lost the contents when my program froze mid redemption. Now im trying to get this fixed, but there seems to be some sort of issue due to my account being flagged as having had one. Nearly an hour in customer chat now :o

some times it can freeze while you are redeaming a pack but it will still give you the contents. you should really check your inventory in game to see if you have any new N7 equipment.

The Customer Service guy said that he added it, but to give it 24-48 hours for the servers to update. This doesnt make any sense to me what so ever, especially given that the entire original group of people was given the packs in the span of 4 hours, so why would it take 24-48 for it to go through.

Sigh, Guess I'll just do the "call me back" option tomorrow. It's the only method of EA customer service I've found that's worth a damn at all.

 EA Live Chat is the way to go if you haven't received your commendation pack yet. It only took me 10-15 minutes to get resolved and all I had to do was give my email. 
Rohan is the man. I got an N7 Crusader. Shotguns are beautiful. :D
