Crusader needs to weigh less, or already give us the N7 weapons at level V+.

I would really love if there was some option to trade out the weapon you got (I'm not too much of a shotgun guy). Or maybe next time(hopefully a next time) they have some sort of choice system or maybe a tool that gives you the kind of weapon you use the most. Something like that. Anyways good job on and thanks for Goliath Bioware

 I got the victory pack, but I never recieed the Comondation pack. Who should I contact about getting this? two other friends I was playing with (when we completed the goal) got theirs...

Jesus man....I NEVER use infiltraitors but I have a lvl 15 that has been leveled up via all the Infiltraitor cards I get. I dont use sniper rifles. Guess what? Got the N7 Sniper Rifle as my unlock. The sad thing is, BEFORE I opened my pack I said to all my friends in chat. "My luck, I will get a damn sniper rifle." Low and behold!! While I do appreciate the event and I did have fun, one would think that I would be able to go to the store to purchase the weapon of my choice....

I did go live chat with some guy. He told me to restart and the commendation would be there. I did suspect he was giving me some standard answer.

And lookie here, once restarted, no commendation pack. lol.

I'll contact them again in 12-15 hours, if nothings happened.

I contacted EA support via that blogspot link. Talked with a guy named Ravik (no joke. Javik with an R) and he gave me the pack and it was there as soon as I started the game again. I wanted the sniper but was sure I'd get the shotgun (I never use shotguns) and I got the sniper! Ravik is a cool guy

I was talking to the EA support guy on the phone, and he just had me log out of ME3, then added the commendation pack to my (Xbox) account, and waited while I loaded the game back up to verify that I got it (he said it should show up right away and wanted to make sure I got it without issue). So if they really added it to your account, it seems like it should show up quite quickly.

Please add the N7 CE weapons to the standard Ultra-Rare unlocks, Bioware. Please?

That's unfortunate because the Valiant is an absolute beast. Probably the best overall weapon reward. I partly wanted the Hurricane because that thing is absolutely crazy, but the Valiant has become my snipe rifle of choice, even though it's level 1.

Definitely would've been nice if we could have had a choice though... I don't think this whole "booster pack" style of acquiring items was the best way to go. The frustrations are reminicsent of trading card games like Magic the Gathering or Pokémon cards. Ends up being a form of gambling... just buying up booster packs instead of putting coins in a slot machine. At least you can use in game currency.

It'll be kind of disappointing if you can't level those weapons up very effectively though... Hopefully they'll have more opportunities in the near future to do so. I'm already kind of sad that I end up shelving a lot of rarer weapons simply because the high level basic weapons end up being better in most cases. Getting a little tired of defaulting to the M8 becuase I can't justify bringing along any of my other level 1-2 assualt rifles.

Yes I did have to make a 2nd attempt with live chat. Got my commendation pack. Shotgun.

Be sure to ask if they added the commendation pack. Just to be really clear.

lol i just tried to live chat and i think the customer service bailed on me haha i was really nice too XD and now the live chat button is grey for me. i have no idea what did i do wrong? Maybe I should've been rude and cursed a lot?

From there, I went to login located in the top right hand corner.

Then I clicked on "Talk To A Game Advisor"

Some points to remember:
Keep your sentences short and polite in chat.

I also explained clearly the following:
What system I was using for the challenge (PC).
That I did have data collection turned on.
The challenge was a Silver Challenge vs the Reapers.
That when I did the challenge, we did have a successful extraction (in my case it was even a full extraction)

The guy that I spoke with was Deepak, and he was very good.
He asked me a number of questions to verify my identity.
Walked me through it step by step. He also let me know that it would take a couple of hours before I would see the Commendation Pack in the Multiplayer Store.

It did indeed take a couple of hours for it to show up in my registered game content.
I logged in afterwards, and was able to open it and received a N7 Valiant.

Spoke with the EA rep yesterday. They were able to get it resolved quickly. Got the Crusader. Only complaint is that my only other N7 class weapon is the Wraith so I ended up with two decent shotguns. The crusader though is extremely useful at range . Would have preferred the Eagle, but what can you do? I'm just happy I was able to get one at all.

I still didn't get the commendation pack while other members of my team did (we completed the challenge together). EA support told me to write on forums, forums advise to contact EA support. Great.

edit: contacted EA support again and got my pack

Told the same to me just now, I wrote back to tell them they were wrong, and voila, new shotgun. Just don't give up, not all customer reps know about this, it seems.

I completed the Reapers on silver 3 times with 2 of my other friends, just to be safe. 

They received their Commendation Packs, I haven't.
