Got the Commendation pack. After spending three hours with EA Support still no Victory Pack. Talk about a waste of time.. they keep telling me either that it's already available to me to redeem, Victory Packs don't exist, or that I need to finish a quest in-game to unlock it. What a joke.

I recieved a victory pack but no commendation pack and I beat it on silver reaper on white base

all i recieved in the victory pack was an uncommon sniper nothing rare or n7 and just one time use items

Don't expect much from any victory pack. It's a blanket gift to people even if they didn't participate in the challenge.

It's a random thing. Some people got Widow.

ea help center is not helpful how do you even email them at least when i could email bioware they were always helpful and fixed the problem like when my terminus armor pack for m.e. 2 code said it was invalid they credited my account with it and fixed the problem i didnt want a new code just wanted the problem fixed ( i entered it before i was logged into my bioware account)

but those that did cant even get their stupid comm packs screw it i dont even want the damn thing id get some p.o.s. gun that would probably bug out my game and cause me to lose all the crap i have now anyway.........wave 11.......lost connection to server.........load screen.............menu

The victory pack was worthless, I didn't get anything new out of it. But the Victory Pack was great, I actually got the gun I wanted.

I just got my commendation pack as well, AFTER talking to Live Chat. But seriously, if they can verify that your account is indeed entitled to the rewards, why do they wait for us to call them? I am sure they can pull a list of accounts that haven't been rewarded yet.

Got the N7 Sniper btw, though I am not good at sniper rifles. Then I searched for the N7 weapons and saw the Valkyrie. In the description it says "...the Valkyrie is now standard issue for new recruits." 
o_0 new recruits can get it, but not N7 veterans. At least these should have been available for those who got the CE and DeLuxe Ed., since mods and upgrades for these weapons are hard to get anyway...

Why are you so sure that they can pull a list of accounts that haven't been rewarded yet?  First, there are tons of people out there who did not receive a commendation reward... for most of them this is the case because they didn't actually meet the standards required to get it... then there are the people who have not yet logged in to claim their reward as well.  Second, being able to verify that an account is eligible for the commendation is quite different than being able to sort out all the accounts that completed the challenge but had not yet received the reward.

They probably just grant it for everyone who asks in a friendly way. That's more economical than checking all those accounts where automatic activation didn't work.

I haven't recieved my Commedation Pack yet. I've done the challenge on silver difficulty against reapers faction two or three times this weekend, and still waiting for my reward.

Hello there,

This was the link that I went to get to EA Support

From there, I went to login located in the top right hand corner.

Then I clicked on "Talk To A Game Advisor"

Some points to remember:
Keep your sentences short and polite in chat.

I also explained clearly the following:
What system I was using for the challenge (PC).
That I did have data collection turned on.
The challenge was a Silver Challenge vs the Reapers.
That when I did the challenge, we did have a successful extraction (in my case it was even a full extraction)

The guy that I spoke with was Deepak, and he was very good.
He asked me a number of questions to verify my identity.
Walked me through it step by step. He also let me know that it would take a couple of hours before I would see the Commendation Pack in the Multiplayer Store.

It did indeed take a couple of hours for it to show up in my registered game content.
I logged in afterwards, and was able to open it and received a N7 Valiant.

Guys... contact EA support. use the live chat option... explain the issue the best you can and be polite... seriously the only guys that can beat a guy with his own hands and still get what he wants from him is Sheppard and Chuck norris... (well not sure about Sheppard..  )

I got a widow from it and N7 Crusader from the other pack.
