Still haven't received my commendation pack I know I should get it....I finished 4 full extractions on silver

I only got one Partial Extraction, but it was definitely Reaper/Silver, and it was definitely a Partial Extraction. Got the medal and everything. No pack though. (I did get the Victory Pack, BTW.)

Playing on PC, if that helps.

 I beat Reapers on Silver twice over this time period and I didn;t get a commendation pack :/

Does it matter which platform you are playing on? Me and my friends beat the reapers on silver a few times and only got the victory pack if anyone has any information it would be helpful.

All it matter is that it is either Xbox 360 or PC

I finished at least 2 full extractions on silver during operation gliath during and I've only seen he victory pack. Do i have to email ea?

its 24 marsh today, so does this mean i wont be etting those packs? I completed the challenge many times with extraction. How and when am i getting the victory and commendation pack? I didn't get neither of them on 20 marsh

guys you should have received the pack by now, if not you need to use the EA Live chat, they will check and update your account almost immediately.

OK! So on wednesday, my game got the black screen before the menu. If that 7 day time limit cancels my commendation pack I'm going to rage even more than I am now!

I would have tried Live Chat with EA but its always Grey to me so I'm stuck with them to e-mail me and its been 4 days....

I had to have beaten reaper silver 4 times and even got full extradition 3 times. I have sent an Email to EA but I haven't gotten a single response back yet. what gives?

I still havent got the pack either im on xbox and i have tryed to use their game advisor on the ea help centre but that doesnt seem to work so im running out of ideas here?

Surely Bioware could just release an update to fix these problems?

 Got commendation pack. Did not get victory pack. The proof is in social bioware account, at my games, registered game content.
Lists all game content, including commendation pack.
Does not have victory pack listed.
Please list my victory pack.... and give it to me...

Still no Commendation Pack - I'm absolutely sure I did beat the reapers on a silver challenge during that particular weekend, even if it was only once. Hey, it wasn't easy, you know? I want my gun D:

Thanks, that worked for me. They take awhile to go through everything, but it works. Surprisingly easy and hassle free.
