 So I'm trying to find where I can actually send a ticket for customer help, and failing miserably. The help section that you get sent to on the EA site is worse than the automated response systems you get when you call your cable company... endlessly looping menus with no link to open an actual ticket.

I lost my victory pack -- I haven't received my Commendation pack yet, either, but I'm assuming that's coming later.  I tried for awhile to get my Victory pack, but the transaction kept failing.  After waiting about an hour, I hopped on and decided to try and buy one of the new Premium Veteran packs, which also failed.  I waited a bit longer, hopped on again, and this time when I went to the store I got the items from one pack, but had both lost my funds used to buy the Premium Veteran Pack and my Victory pack was gone.

NO thats not cool. my victory pack SUCKED and i haven't gotten my COM pack and i did it so many times i have get a bunch on COM packs.

I got a Valiant. Unfortunately it is too heavy compared to my VIII Mantis on my Quarian Engineer. Oh well nice to have it though maybe I'll use it on a Soldier on the rare occasion I play it.

I just got it and it had the Crusader and some equipement not worth talking about buy I guess I was lucky.

Edit: don't bother with EA support, they'll ask you for your Bioware Points order number, tell you to clear your browser's cache/history/cookies, then ask where you got your copy of the game from before telling you it's an in-game issue, that they can't help you, and that you should post in the tech help forum.

and not only that, now my chances of getting other N7 weapons/rares is going to decrease in relation to the addition of this useless low accuracy Hornet knockoff. sigh

Edit: I just got an Eagle. That was seriously the ONLY N7 weapon I didn't want.

I would like to thank those who took part and achieved the goal set, I could not take part due to working non stop all weekend with tight deadlines but thanks to your efforts I piggybacked my way to picking up one of the two item packs so thanks.

Just completed a game to find a commendation pack waiting for me in the store, don't know who's sorting the lottery but thanks for the new Sniper Rifle! Are we going to see upgrades for these too?
