I didn't get my Commendation pack - I got the Victory Pack and the people I beat the challenge with all got their packs already. I contacted support and they said to post here.

Saw both packs in the store, bought the Commendation pack (stupid shotgun), victory pack is no longer there..? Oh well, I guess it's not really that important.

Got the victory pack, have not received the Commendation. Completed Silver with Reapers a few times.

I had the same issue, log out, close game and reboot, should be there then. Multiplayer is surprisingly solid and i'll give bioware credit for that.

Got to plug this anyway though guys, sorry. I won't be buying DLC until bioware repairs the endings. Again, hold the line.

But seriously, good multiplayer... just awful endings

No commendation pack or victory pack for me yet. Had a victory pack but it disappeared from store when I couldn't redeem it.

I too have not received my Commendation Pack despite completing a Silver challenge this weekend and resetting ME3 today.

Edit: I should note I received a Victory Pack earlier tonight.

Get online with my crapy wireless internet. Get my vp and my wireless cuts out on me. Go into a bit of a frenzy. Get back on line for my other pack and get my crusader. Happy days. Now how the hell do I upgrade it to not weigh a metric frak ton?

Can't access my Victory pack on the PC, it hung up last week buying a Spectre Pack and it will not let me buy or redeem anything till it downloads....

Got all my packs and won the N7 Sub machine gun, they really should reduce the recoil...it's just...ridiculous serioulsy you nerfed the Falcon, its understandable but the Submachine gun holy **** its just ridiculous, btw thanks for the veteran premium packs bought 3 of them already and giving alot of awesome stuff and chars and guns way better than the Spectre pack and half the price! NICE! ;D

Look at a Calender or read the OP. The event went from 5PM PST on Friday 16 March 2012 to 18 March 2012. That's Friday to Sunday, if you played on Monday you missed it...Unless you're in a different time zone
