Ive been having bugs where in the middle of a match loses connection to xbox live. Just happened now but internet is still on the computer so its xbox live or the game. Maybe look into it.

Got both. Managed to get the N7 Hurricane SMG. Sniper rifle would have been best for me but still pretty sweet.

The actual challenge was over the Weekend. Fri 5pm PST to Mon 5am PST. So if you did Silver after that on Monday.. no commedation pack.

This is really annoying. I've been chatting with customer support for over 30 mins, and still no results. Why not just give everyone a commendation pack and problem is solved.

The commodation pack could take until 9 PST to activate and if you are on the east coast that means that it could take until midnight before it activates

I live in the East coast and I got my Commendation Pack maybe about an hour ago. Got an N7 Valiant sniper rifle I.

Hey guys, if you don't get a pack, check your BSN Profile Under registered content. You need to have a certain entitlement showing:

Operation Goliath Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, March 27 at 5pm PST)

If you don't have that, and you think you should have received it, contact EA customer support (I recommend live chat) and they should be able to assist once you give them some information. 

Don't PM me for help, I can't do much other than pass info to CS.
