Completed the challenge, but it's not in my registered content. EA customer support was no help. Who should we contact?

I haven't received mine. My only silver victory was the monday around 1:30 am Eastern before the down time when the servers were being janky so I'm kinda concerned that I'm screwed here. It's not mentioned for me under Entitlements.

Got the N7 Crusader from the commendation pack and a level 1 scimitar from the victory pack. I was expecting the victory pack to have like 2 or more rares or something :/. Doesn't matter to me though, thanks heaps bioware!!

Got both, but it's funny how I keep ending up with shotguns -- my least favorite weapon in the game. Oh well, at least I have an N7 weapon in MP now.

EDIT: Never mind, after playing a match, VP appeared. Got the N7 Sniper

you only have to exit and re enter multiplayer not the whole game

actually, for me I just went into a multiplayer game and when I came back it was there (Checked right before so I guess it refreshes from playing as well)

yeah me too. I probably played a good thirty silver matches, won about three of them (completed to extraction). It's those dang banshees, they really get me. I did kill the majority of the brutes in my matches, though, so i definitely did my part there

its really disappointing when your friends all get rare items for there victory packs and you only get an smg scope upgrade and an tempest upgrade, and then get the N7 smg out of the commendation pack which is a piece of crap

well, i can only hope i have better luck next time around

Put a scope on it and fire in bursts, it actually is a very powerful gun. Just compensate for the kick or aim at their feet and let it it climb.

In this case it isn't Bioware fault, it's placed somewhere between Sony and EA. Sony for their security hoops (ironic I know) or possibly EA and a contract. Bioware always has put the community first, just for this their hands are tied
