I got commendation pack with help from EA live chat)) N7 Valiant was my reward, level 1. I'm wondering, how can i level up this sniper rifle?

Is there an email address or someone we can send a wee message of some kind just to report the missing packs. I'm guessing that would be a more productive way than us getting all riled up. It might help bioware get it fixed to have everything collated in one place.

For the record, it's worth throwing a thanks in the direction of bioware for running the event, even if I don't get the second pack the event itself was good fun, that's the point, hopefully they will do more and a technical hitch isn't the end of the world.

It's only a game after all. Literally.

REDEEMING THE N7 CHALLENGE WEEKEND REWARDS
Well done, Commander - you've successfully taken part in critical N7 challenges over the weekend, terminated a million Brutes and have earned your just reward!

To redeem your reward packs, simply look in game in the Multiplayer component of Mass Effect 3. There aren't any emails to check, or codes to redeem - but there are things of note:
To check your reward status, simply visit: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
Victory Packs are now available in the MP store
The packs were awarded automatically, but if you've been in game all this time, restart the game and re-enter multiplayer to refresh the game client
You might not see your Commendation Pack awarded all at once, but if you've checked your reward status using the link above and still don't see it in-game after restarting, click on "Talk to a Game Advisor" and we'll square you away!
Lastly, if you don't see your Commendation Pack weapon reward equipped on your character right away - simply navigate to another menu screen (like the Lobby) and back to the character screen. The image below shows a weapon correctly granted:

I actually wanted the the N7 Eagle and i got the N7 Crusader. Does anyone know if you can get the others in the spectre pack or the veteran packs??

Didn't receceive my Commendation pack automatically, though. Contacted EA help and they solved the issue.

*sigh* I also haven't gotten my CP yet . . . Also, I am aware of the reward status link, but I haven't seen any indication that I have been awarded a CP. *sad panda*

Got the Shotgun. Some guns I wanted more, some less so reasonably happy. Perfect for my krogan Sentinel, might even put it on a human Soldier with a sniper rifle and krogan Soldier if I get that unlocked.

Wasnt it stated in the event thread that these N7 weapons are not available from existing packs. I assume the only way to get and level up these N7 packs will be these events or if these packs become available some oher way in the future.

I just hope i get the valiant i really like this n7 gun the others are just too weak, i tried them in the singleplayer at first walkthrough on mars and he only one i am using if it is necessary is the valiant sniper rifle i am really hoping for that one and not the crusader, the hurricane and the eagle are not that bad but im completely hoping for the valiant here^^ have to check after work tonight but i hope my commendation pack will be there by then.

Edit: I really hope were getting other weapons off singleplayer in multiplayer too, like the Argus of Valkyrie, the AT-12 would be a nice surprise for every enemy.

Also a Versus Mode just for fun between players would be awesome^^

To everyone whining about not getting the weapons you wanted:

Operation Goliath was "THE FIRST" of what appears to be MULTIPLE events in which N7 weapons are to be released to the general public. There are gonna be challenges like this in the future for you to expand your arsenal so take a breath. I just think its a shame CE owners like myself aren't getting any exclusive items

Wow ? I went to https://help.ea.com/ and it said to check my reward status. So I went to the link given- http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and guess what I dont see a thing that refers to the Commendation Pack, I can remember that I accomplish the 'Silver match versus the Reaper faction' several times during the weekend. What gives ?

Yeah Nicksta thats one thing im a little curious about too, i got the N7 Collector's too and it seems the only thing you can legally get more then the normal Version Are the PreOrder Weapons (Argus, Raider and Valkyrie) and the N7 Weapons which are clearly not the best ones looking at the stats of them.

I know Ninja the First matches i played on saturday were against reapers
with two of my buddies and we extracted everytime in 5 matches (no
wonder with 3 level 20 chars vanguard, infiltrator and sentinel) and
today morning (Germany 10 AM) the Commendation Pack wasn't there, i hope
it is after work^^
