I also didn't get my commendation pack, and also there is nothing relating to something like that in my user entitlements. But even worse, EA support doesn't work for my country at all. The only message you can get on any link, page, or anything is an error-page 'You've reached a dead end, click here to go back where you came from, or click here for the main page'.
Yes, that's right even 'http://help.ea.com' gives that error.
So, I can't even ask support.

Those who still hadn't receive your accommodation pack, you wight want to go to a live chat https://help.ea.com/connect-with-us and asked them about it. I got mine through there still i receive the N7 Eagle which is kinda useless as I go BANANA on my Targets haha xD

Finally got the commendation pack after contacting game advisor. Was hoping for a N7 Valiant but got an N7 eagle. Asari Adept will definitely put it to good use.

Oh and i'd just like to say that despite the shoddy rewards i had a blast doing this and it actually trained me to be better against the reapers so +1 internets to u bioware lol keep the events coming!

i love the eagle so much i cant wait to upgrade it carny does more damage though at level vii but the rate of fire ancd accuracy is thru the roof and i dont even have to zoom in the recoil is exsistant in zoomed mode but in normal shooting i can kill anyhting

it should come in the spectre packs there rare but you can get them i am going to wait till next month and go ape crazy on the points 50$ should give me enough points to upgrade my guns and get few n7 cards

 I received both of them, Vicory pack - no N7 gun and average items, Comm pack - N7 SMG (FFFFUUUUUU), 5 Medi-gels (YAY), and other average items.

Dissapointed at SMG, however, really appreciate the event. Thank you BW! Looking forward to future events.

I haven't got my commendation pack yet...my friends who i was playing with when we did this oh so easy challenge got theirs yet i STILL haven't got mine, i got the community pack but not my commendation...I contacted EA like they said to do on their FB page, but they said to come here...Can someone please sort this out!?
