When I first logged in, I saw both VP and CP but I could not redeem either as I got the "unable to process your purchase" error that I get regularly. Exiting origin / relaunching usually fixes that error and I was able to redeem the VP and got an N7 pistol but the CP disappeared! =(

By the way, will we be able to upgrade our N7 weapons at some point in time? And what about us Collector's Edition owners? Shouldn't we have access to ALL the N7 weapons in MP too? *waves pitchfork and torch*

Ok just got off live chat, with EA and apparently they're still rolling out packs so wait a little bit longer, but I'm not sure how much longer to wait.

check in your registered game content to see if it is registered then it might give you a clue as if you got one or not

Yea I checked that a couple of times to see if it was added but it has not been, so I'm gonna live chat again a little bit later today and hopefully get a straight answer.  I know I did the challenge multiple times with reporting on, but at this point its not so much about actually getting the commendation pack its more about making sure I can get other packs if they have ARs in them, since I'm usually playing a soldier.

Could somebody tell me what was in the Comm. pack and the Vic.
pack. So I know what I missed out on.

The Comm pack had a random N7 weapon minus the Valk, and the victory pack had some random items and atleast one weapon from the sound of it.

So... 12 hours 45 minutes later, I still have not received my commendation pack... I contacted EA chat support and they were extremely unhelpful. They told me
EA Rep: For that please post your issue in our official ingame forum.
EA Rep: And the fellow players will provide the solution for that.

what a joke... I'm going to try having them call me now I guess...

So.. where do i go to find out why i dont have my commendation pack yet? I've completed at least 5 silver reaper runs over the weekend..

You can try the help from the Origin front-end if you're on PC.

Ideally, it should be in the Multiplayer store. It seems many people who participated in the event are not having it unlocked for some reason

The easiest way to find out if you have it or not is to check your registered game content its on mine

Well, i'm quite aware they SHOULD be in the multiplayer store
Which is why i'm waiting in line at the EA.COM livechat support. do-de-do. Is there a better place for it?

Do it, make sure that you contacted with the in-game section.
Chat with the guy, tell him that you have a problem with the  rewards of Op. Goliath, then he'll ask your mail used on Origin, give it to him and he'll enable the content for you.
I can confirm this, I just did it.

Yep, just spoke on the phone with a customer service rep. He was very helpful and got things sorted in just a couple of minutes.

Woo.. so I contacted EA via the email link rather than waiting on live chat support and they fixed it for me that way. I got the N7 Shotgun, was really hoping for the pistol.. but hey a Shotgun will do.

Manish: Please note that you must open the packs within 7 days of receiving them. They will disappear from your multiplayer Store menu after that and you will not be able to have them restored. Don’t delay in obtaining/redeeming your packs.
