Yep, just spoke on the phone with a customer service rep. He was very helpful and got things sorted in just a couple of minutes.

I do feel daft now- I tried the chat support and was asked for patience.

Not gonna phone overseas though..last time I did that the person on the other end did not understand me and I did not get her so well although I have no probs in one on one convos in RL. There might be German support, too, but I dont see how they could  do anything different. Ill just keep on waiting.

I only got the Victory, tried to redeem it and it failed 3 times. Now it's gone. Great.

It was a fun event. Got the packs Yoo Hoo! Unfortunately, sniper and pistol both of which I hardly use. So, perhaps its a hint and I should be using them more I think I'll have to try now. Sorry, I'm not a tow the liner, wish I could've been but my greed overcame my empathy.

You guys said 9 what 11 for me and I was up at 11 to get my pack but it was not there so get it right . I have loved this game series from the start and u guy act like ur trying to mess it up the ending I get it u will make dlc and get money but come on there are a lot of people wanting a pack just give it to them

So i just got done with EA to get my pack and even though i don't like EA since the 90s. i have to say they handle it quick and well it took only a few moments for they to set my pack up, and i got the Crusader time to play the krogan soldier

Just got around to checking my store and I had the commendation pack. Got the n7 smg.. was kinda bummed but I guess it will be good for my adept.

They did say it was a staged launch on the packs or something so maybe the people that don't have theirs are just waiting in line so to speak?
