Unfortunately I only got the pack for the 1000000 Brutes. I beat Reapers on silver on friday evening, but I didn’t really factor in the timezones.. I guess I was too early.

I have both packs Im just waiting for a really good mood to open the commendation pack, but I got a Phaeston in the victory pack, along with some other stuff like a Salarian Engineer Silver card, an Asari Vanguard Silver card, some but load of missile and medi-gel's, shotgun blade attachment upgrade, and I think that's about it. Pretty sweet, but I feel bad finding out my fellow Alliance brothers and sisters did not receive their paycheck's after taking out these high value targets and completing their mission that was meant for only the Elite of the N7 operative's in the Galaxy.

I Got The Victory Pack but didn't recieve the Commendation pack, finished a silver challenge in full on Sunday night. =\\ If you're going to try to appease angry players by giving them free loot, do it properly.

Same as most people here: I got the Victory Pack, but didn't receive the Commendation Pack... and I've beaten the Reapers on Silver Challenge ten or eleven times and survived in all of it...

I had no problem with either pack, I was also lucky enough to get the N7 Valiant.

If someone would be kind enough to link the help chat that'd be stellar. I'm a little miffed that it's now friday, and i beat several silver matches and have seen nothing about the pack i was supposed to receive.

http://help.ea.com/ -> click on Talk to Game Advisor Hope that helps. They told me a few days ago to be patient. While others got their pack 5 mins later

When I tried that I was going from the origin client but I ended up there alright.

i for one gave up. by now I believe the online status wasnt ON although I am REALLY sure I checked. When I rechecked a couple of days ago I noticed the buttons arent highlighted properly- when the mouse goes over both buttons they stay highlighted and I have no idea whats active.

ok, i accomplish the challenges, i kill brutes and get a full extraction, but i don´t receive my commendation pack yet.

completed the silver challenge against Reapers last sunday, no commendation pack. Sharing was enabled, checked it before i began the challenge. lvl 19 Infiltrator and the only one extracted.

Got my pack and helped a friend through the live chat.... Got the N7 valiant the one gun I didn't want but now that ive used it i love it

Still haven't received either of my packs yet, Victory or Commendation. I read that many of the people on here have gotten success by using the live chat service. I just spoke with a service rep and he directed me to post this on the forums, I explained that this issue is about 35+ pages now with people that have not recieved their rewards yet and that many of them had the issue fixed after live chat. He told me that he could not help and told me to repost on this thread.

So here I am, still waiting for my rewards please...

EDIT - I now see the problem, these rewards are not applicable to PS3 players, which I am. Well at least that explains it. *Sigh*
