Hi Everyone.
We want to thank you all for making Operation Goliath so successful. We had almost 3 million Brutes killed and many fans making it all the way to extraction at the end of the Silver challenge. Your awarded Victory packs for killing Brutes and Commendation packs for those who reached extraction on Silver (or better) will be on the way to you soon. We had underestimated how many of you would be successful in this challenge, so it will take a little longer to get the Commendation Packs to you. They will start to be activated at 5pm PST and will have all been activated by 9pm PST.
To get your rewards, you will need to restart Mass Effect 3 and then re-enter multiplayer. Once you have, visit the store and get your free pack or packs.
It will look like this (if you have both awards):
Congratulations to all who succeeded through Operation Goliath.

PS3 players are included in the new Operation: Fortress though.
(wishes she could trade the Valiant she got for the N7 Eagle pistol.)

CS: Please hold while I take a look.
-about a few minutes later-
CS: I've added the Commendation Pack to your account. Please login to redeem your item.
I then proceeded to check my registered content on BSN, and "Operation Goliath Rewards" was updated. Went in game, and sure enough the Commendation Pack was there and successfully redeemed.
This is just a generalisation, but if you're civil and keep the information succint, and the CS knows what he/she is doing, there's a good chance your issue will be resolved. I should know; I was a customer service employee myself in the past.

PS3 wasn't a part of the Operation since they had some technical issues. But if you played it on the PC or XBox you should recieve it if your squad succecfully completed a silver og gold challenge against the Reapers.
Got both my packs about 30-40 mins after they announced it. But didn't get them at the same time though.

hola, cumpli los objetivos varias veces en operacion goliath derrote a los segadores durante el plazo estipulado en bronce plata y oro y no recibi mi commendation pack, que puedo hacer para obtenerlo, rebicen sus estadisticas, cumpli en muchas partidas la extraccion.

The best advice i got from EA support was .. disable all things in the task manager except the explorer and then restart the game and tell me. .... at which point i responded. If i disable everything but explorer I'd lose origin/live chat... his response.. that's fine close that too. then let me know if you see anything in game... wonderful customer support....

This is what I did, and it worked. (Although I used the phone one, not live chat.) I even know people who didn't even do the challenge, but Customer Service ave the pack to them anyway, lol. Seriously, just treat them with respect, and they will give you what you want. Just last weekend, the guy I got was so nice! We started talking about our respective locations and the weather; I wish every rep was like him.Gashie wrote...
