We want to thank you all for making Operation Goliath so successful. We had almost 3 million Brutes killed and many fans making it all the way to extraction at the end of the Silver challenge. Your awarded Victory packs for killing Brutes and Commendation packs for those who reached extraction on Silver (or better) will be on the way to you soon. We had underestimated how many of you would be successful in this challenge, so it will take a little longer to get the Commendation Packs to you. They will start to be activated at 5pm PST and will have all been activated by 9pm PST.

Please i didn't get it and i did the OP goliath many times. How and when am I getting the packs? ( Ps3)

PS3 was unfortunatly unable to compete is last weeks challenge for reasons I never paid attention to cause I play on Xbox. It had something to do with Sony and their hacking issues from before making them wary?

PS3 players are included in the new Operation: Fortress though.

(wishes she could trade the Valiant she got for the N7 Eagle pistol.)

I managed to get my Victory pack on last tuesday night, but I still do not have the Comm pack. I struggled quite a bit with it (I'm a lousy player), and I'd really appreciate the pack, can I have any help?

I hope the Commendation Packs are not region prioritised or worse...restricted. Still have not gotten my Commendation Pack either though I've successfully ran over Reapers on Silver a bunch of times, and I'm absolutely sure I've fulfilled all the operation criteria.

Okay, as per another official thread, I contacted live chat support. Whatever they did, they rectified the situation for me and added the commendation pack to my account. This probably took all of 5-7 minutes or so. With the extent of this issue now I'm pretty sure the live chat team should (rightfully) have been briefed on it by now, so live chat should be your best bet if you do not have your CP but should.

Well I just tried live chat and it was at best unhelpful, and at worst demonstrated that EA's help team is staffed by bots or idiots, I'm not entirely sure which. He continually stated that my receipt of a commendation pack is an "in game issue" aaaaand he can not do anything to help me.

I completed the challenge after much struggle well within the allotted time and have not received the commendation pack I got he victory pack but it just contained basic stuff, I was looking forward to an N7 item.

I know this may sound like I'm repeating myself, but keep trying the live chat. As with any and most workplaces, especially customer service, you usually won't have all outstanding employees across the board. Mine went a little like this:

Me: Hi, I would like to enquire about Mass Effect 3's Operation Goliath that was run over the course of last weekend. I'm absolutely sure that I've fulfilled all the criteria for the operation but I did not receive my Commendation Pack.
CS: (Some formalities). Could you please give me your first and last name, and your email address?
Me: (Hands the info)
CS: Please hold while I take a look.
-about a few minutes later-
CS: I've added the Commendation Pack to your account. Please login to redeem your item.

I then proceeded to check my registered content on BSN, and "Operation Goliath Rewards" was updated. Went in game, and sure enough the Commendation Pack was there and successfully redeemed.

This is just a generalisation, but if you're civil and keep the information succint, and the CS knows what he/she is doing, there's a good chance your issue will be resolved. I should know; I was a customer service employee myself in the past.

PS3 wasn't a part of the Operation since they had some technical issues. But if you played it on the PC or XBox you should recieve it if your squad succecfully completed a silver og gold challenge against the Reapers.
Got both my packs about 30-40 mins after they announced it. But didn't get them at the same time though.

Well Bioware can stick this challenge where the sun don't shine... 15 sucessfull extractions on silver against reapers with the sharing option ON and still NO COMMENDATION PACK! You hear that Bioware, NO PACK!

Here's something interesting; according to my registered content here on BSN, I received the Commendation Pack for both the 360 and PC versions, despite the fact that I only have the PC version. Not useful to me, but cool nonetheless.

I've talked to EA support countless times now. And I've yet to receive my victory pack, I got my commendation. But all they say is to check the forums or wait longer. None of them give a straight answer, or want to look it up. yes i had the online thing checked for MP.

The best advice i got from EA support was .. disable all things in the task manager except the explorer and then restart the game and tell me. .... at which point i responded. If i disable everything but explorer I'd lose origin/live chat... his response.. that's fine close that too. then let me know if you see anything in game... wonderful customer support....

Could not get my free packs got some payment error issue, for free items go figure, and i also contacted EA support and was told that i needed to be patient since bioware are working on the problem, and the patch will soon be released for mass effect 3 that should sort out the issues with multiplayer, so people who had the missing weapons and such should get it sorted he hoped.

I have the commendation pack in my game content listing but I can't find it in the menu... nor can I find the victory pack.

It said til 5pm PST I thought?  What gives?

This is what I did, and it worked. (Although I used the phone one, not live chat.)   I even know people who didn't even do the challenge, but Customer Service ave the pack to them anyway, lol.  Seriously, just treat them with respect, and they will give you what you want.  Just last weekend, the guy I got was so nice!  We started talking about our respective locations and the weather; I wish every rep was like him.
