 I beat the reapers on silver on sunday and got both packs to start with, but soon as I opened the victory pack my commendation pack vanished.

The victory pack could have at least had contained spectre pack content.

Online the translator неочень well informs your thoughts but as I have understood victory packages will get to everything, and thanks who has made that full extraction on Silver or Gold against Reapers, but later

As the Chris said, the Commendatio packs will all be sent out by 9 PM PST(-8 GMT). if your in EST (Eastern) this would mean 12 PM your time

For some reason the system has decided that I love shotguns and sniper rifles even though I never use either, and the Victory Pack just had another Claymore upgrade in it >.< Really want the Phaeston.

As for the N7 weapons, really hoping for the Hurricane or the Eagle to make my Sentinel even more powerful

same, i have been getting shotgun and SMG stuff lately, i never use shotguns or SMGs

well then I can bust your bubble, cuz the problem is actually with Sony. After the stroke of hackings on there servers, they no longer allow other companies to deal with there network without there consent.

I came to this conclusion yesterday, then made the mistake(again) of clicking on this thread.  The sheer number of posts complaining after multiple people explained what was written in the OP is just disheartening ... I don't want to live on this planet anymore.... but I still want acess to ME3 MP<_<

It does. I got a M-76 Revenant (gold) and I know others who got gold card content. Looks like you're just unlucky.
