It's hard to pick one I've liked so many. Too bad the ending ruins most of their stories with absolutely no closure. So with that I'll go with Mordin he's hilarious and had a fitting end in doing what he felt was right. (My playthrough at least.)

Kidding. Garrus, no question. He had some of the most amazing character development I've ever seen in a game. Plus, he's loyal, courageous, and genuine in all that he does and he doesn't even realize it. His romance also takes all this up a notch. I could write pages on him, but there you have it. From Space Dirty Harry to Space Batman to Space Chuck Norris, Garrus is and probably will forever be my favorite video game character. Also dat voice.

I want to do something original and say Aria. I like everything about Aria. Aria's probably the most attractive Asari out there, with her tattoos and attitude. I also loved everything about meeting her, Afterlife probably being my favorite location in all Mass Effect. Also, Carrie-Anne Moss is pretty cool.

Tie between Vega and Garrus. I know many people don't like James but he was so awesome and left a great impression for only being in one game. Garrus on the other hand is space Batman, nuff said

Mordin, no question. Original, funny, deep and complex. I even sent Michael Beattie an e-mail thanking and praising him for his work as Mordin...and got the nicest reply. I was so sad he wouldn't be voicing Mordin in ME3.

BTW, does anyone know where I can get a Beattie for Mordin banner? I've been dying for one.

Ended up being Garrus, by the end. He is, without a doubt, best friend to all my Sheps. I loved Wrex, and thought he was the coolest character in ME, but Garrus' being there, and continuing to develop throughout three games, made him my favorite.

The heart to heart talks with Garrus were some of the finest moments in the entire trilogy, for me.
