Nope. EDI even detects reaper viruses sooner or later. The mole is in STG. Someone in their was even bought or indoctrinated.

Seriously people, why does everyone come up with crazy theories when Mordin slams the obvious answer right in your face?

Oh right... BSN.

The Dalatrass being the Cerberus mole doesn't make much sense to me. I would buy it if it was Udina. Many things happen off screen that we are not aware of. Shepard could have sent a report to Hackett or something after the dalatrass agreed to authorize the exchange. Who knows ho else sees or has access to those reports... Udina might IDK.

But as someone has already mentioned I'm quite sure the mole plot was dropped, I heard rumors it could be Liara or the VS. that certainly would have made Thessia more emotional then if it actually was as supposedly the mole tipped off TIM and Ninja Boy. Though I would have hated the idea of the VS or Liara going traitor... Oh well.

I bet my ass that this was never an option. BioWare knows better than turning characters who stood with Shep from the beginning and have large fanbases into traitors for no reason.

Its not really a crazy theory. There are multiple occasions when Cereberus is magically there. Sur'Kesh and Thessia are 2 big ones.

Sure the Dalatrass is more likely to tip off Cerberus on Sur'Kesh but who tips TIM off about Thessia.

Like I said just rumor I heard when people were first completing Thessia. I heard that Bioware scratched it because they felt it would backfire with the players, but again just rumor.

TIM got the full Mars Archives, thus he knew about thessia, thus Kai Leng was sent there in advance as TIM knew SHepard would need to go to Thessia sooner or later. Revealed right in the game.

As for the mole, it was a dropped sub plot. It's in the leak script, along with Ash/Kaidan bewtraying Shepard on Thessia. VS betraying stuff was cut because of massive backlash when it was leaked as for the Cerberus mole being cut, probaly time contraints. Similar the rachni incident where Patrick admitted they had an altertive planned for Grunt but it did not make it to the gaqme. Same as many things in all of ME games.

Considering how the VS ****es at you for a game and a half about being with Cerberus, I'm glad they took out that betrayal possibility. Wouldn't make sense.

If Cerberus knew the key to obtaining the Catalysts location was in the Thessian temple, why did they wait for Shepard and a Reaper sh*tstorm to put their plan into action? Sure the Prothean VI had some kind of failsafe against indoctrinated access, but it's shown in Cerberus HQ that they were able to get the information anyways. No need for Shepard's cipher either, considering how the Crucible itself was found without it.

Speaking of which, why is the Cipher so rare if Shiala can give it to anyone, like she did with Shepard?

Because TIM is a bad James Bond villian?

How do I know? I simply stated it is comfirmed in-game how TIM knows about Thessia. Why he did not act on it right away is a whole diffrent can of worms.
