The mission to recue turian primarch, when I land on Menae the next screen that comes up is the Squad selection screen.  The problem is that there is no "EXIT" button.  there is no way to continue.  Has anyone else experienced that particular problem?  Is there a fix or is there a problem with my system?  Thanks for any help provided.
