So here I am. Spent 40£ ish on a game with no / idiotic ending. Here's not the place to argue about that though.

So as far as tech support goes ... Three things:

* 1 - Install to HDD option
* 2 - Elevator on Citadel
* 3 - Multiplayer 

Lets start with my favourite:

1 - Seriously?!?! PS3 OS can't be that much different from any other stuff. Here's a quick and lousy bash example:

Probably needs to be a bit more sophisticated then that but the idea remains the same - copy the files from blu ray and read them from HDD. Hearing the drive working a lot louder then the actual dialogue is annoying.

2 - A lot more tricky then the first one but I'm quite sure you've got fair few debugging tools at your disposal. Happens to a lot of people in exactly the same scenario.

3 - MP. Not really a Tech Support issue, more of a Pubic Relations one. Although it has been described as "Technical difficulities" or some other nonsense like that, so here goes:

Why the whole operation whatever weekend event wasn't available for ps3 customers? Last I checked 360 & ps3 prices were exactly the same. Why do I get less then them? I find it quite hard to beleive that this is Sony's fault. In the end no ps3 games = no ps3's. Bad for business for them if you ask me.

So that's that for now. I want to say "waiting for updates impatiently" but unfortunately (quoting Morrigan) "Come to think of it, I find myself no longer caring."

I agree completely. I don't understand why Bioware is so quite about simple issues like no HDD installs or random freezing. I'll wait months for a patch if they are working on it, but I need some feedback; I need to know there are actual plans to fix these issues.

They are obviously busy trying to fix the Grisom Academy bug on the 360 board....... Just look at how active they are over there... it speaks volumes:
