"synthetics and organics will always fight each other"

*Shepard looks at space battle where Quarian and Geth are fighting together. Remembers EDI and Joker's relationship
Shep: "Oh yeah... you're right."

It was ME1 when manshep implied a threesome with Liara and Ash and then Ash storms off but Liara isn't offended and it doesn't matter how much influence you have with Ash. ;)

The biggest for me, is why would Shepard after resisting the Reapers so ardently and suspecting nearly anyone of being indoctrinated suddenly resign themselves to accepting the choices presented by the Catalyst who admits to being in control of the Reapers?

This.

Also, why couldn't Shep kill the ReaperBabyBoss?  Not artsy enough?

That Shepard accepts this VI's authority and foresight with little hesitation "The Illusive Man was right" threw me so much. Suddenly I was back to linear characters like way back to Final Fantasy 8 when you had to be a whiney downer for half a game with no other options.

Everything after you collapse on the platform is a non-sequitur.

- Joker escaping, squad mates that were with me suddenly teleported away (most annoying of all)
- Catalyst's unfounded and undeniable authority on everything.

Thermal Clips

With proper leveling (i.e experience), credits, and access to better weaponry. One could make any weapon into an infinite death-spewing machine. Then for some reason the galaxy decided to throw out that advantage for ammunition...

Why Harbinger doesn't just park his ass right in front of the Citadel beam until the battle is over. Yeah, he is going to fly off without checking on Shepard and let him/her walk right in. That makes perfect sense! I really hope this ties into the Normandy thing and is made clear at some point.

Maybe not the biggest, but it's the one I am thinking about currently.

Why the Reapers are doing anything at all. So pointless.

^ Because ME3 completely nerfs the Reapers.

They go from this intimidating and terrifying presence to hitmen for some crappy AI that is wedged into the story for no reason.

The whole series is filled with plot holes.

LOL. Doesn't help that ME3 just added even more plotholes.

The Starchild, because of how it completely invalidates everything else we have experienced in the games.

Who started the cycle and why? Honestly if they would've addressed this, I for one wouldn't be complaining.

B-but it's DEEP and ARTSY!  And the three choices are supposed to make you THINK.  :wizard:

Nevermind that they're forced, pretentious and silly.

Also, not a plothole, per se, but I would like to know what Udina's ultimate goal was.  His story was way too rushed.

Joker and your Teammates is the biggest for me.
If they didn't add that scene I probably would have accepted the ending no matter how rediculous the child's reasoning is. (although the Reasoning is pretty rediculous.)
