Of course it had to be the useless shotgun, just like I knew it would be with 99% certainty. As if I didn't have enough shotguns sitting unused already. They could probably have 9 more of these events, and all I'd end up with is a level X N7 shotgun.

The Hurricane is OK, but judging from some of these posts I wish I got the Valiant.

A... crusader... I already had 5 shotguns, no pistols minus the pred, 2 smgs, 2 snipes and 3 assault rifles.. so the pack gives me the most cumbersome shotgun even though I already had more of those than anything.. So now my pack chances for goodies are even less incentivising as this will undoubtedly be in the next 9..

I'm beginning to think the system simply gives you all the stuff you don't want before it ever gives you what you do...

Scratch that...did not get a Commendation Pack.  Got a Victory Pack which had a Locust-1.  So basically a free Veteran Pack.  Not great, but at least it was free.

I got the Sniper Rifle. Don't really know what to do with it as I have a Black Widow, Widow and Javelin. On the other hand I wouldn't know what to do with a Shotgun either as I use the GPS, Graal and Claymore (once it's Level 10) and for Pistols I'm pretty happy with the Carnifex. And SMGs... well I don't use them at all. So I can't complain but can't really be happy either.
