How do I go about getting the soundtrack when it tells me I don't own it. I've activated my online pass. Their site and EA's are not helpful, I've been going around in circles. I got the Prothian DLC as well.

Bioware can't detect my ownership of ME3 CE, can't get the soundtrack despite getting the other extras.

This happened to me as well, and I was able to get it resolved with some digging here on the forums. Try this:
On the left go to My Games > Register Games. Remove the registration to your copy of Mass Effect 3 (or add it!), and then after the page reloads try adding the game again.
After this I was able to access the N7 Edition portraits. Everything else was working for me before this point, so your mileage may vary.
