Half the time when I'm doing silver runs, I encounter the bottom of the social barrel type, the useless, worthless, completely selfish leechers. They join the game, do nothing for a few minutes, then run around a bit.
Why? Because you can do the first few waves with three people, and you will finish an objective. And they will get credits and experience, for nothing.
I'm shocked that a game system with a team-wide reward platform for objectives wouldn't have a detector for people who aren't playing - much less no option to remove or replace these people.
But I am beyond tired of having no repurcussion aside from just leaving and starting from scratch when we discover a leech in the game. Because that means that I, somebody who was working toward objectives and participating, will get nothing, while the person who is systematically contributing negative help actually gains experience.
Let me run that by you again. If you get a leech in your game, the best you can do is waste your time for no experience or credits. However, the person who did not play will not get penalized.
Short of being able to dispatch units to euthanize these fecal smears on society, I woudl really prefer an option that actually punishes afkers, leechers, idlers, whatever you want to call them.
In-game kick would be nice.
