Won't say how old I am - let's just say I remember Ike as president...

And this was the worst ending of the best Sci-Fi series making replay impossible. Two children, one a teenager, one 24 both had similar evaluations.

24, and the ending was completely nonsensical and terrible. In addition to violating the entire spirit of the franchise and completely breaking promises made about how choices across the three games would affect the ending you got, what was there made no logical sense, and not even a hint of an explanation as to why it made no sense was given. It's objectively bad.
