so whats the deal? i still havent received mine yet either and when i check my "registered game content" it shows that i have been awarded the pack but in parenthesis it says "redeemable til april 10th" but when i go to the multplayer store its nowhere to be found the only new pack is the premium spectre pack.

what gives!?

dont understand why i cant just get the pack whenever i promoted my 2 players similar to when you get accomplishments the moment a challenge is completed...pretty frustrating stuff i completed this on friday and its wednesday now

another question involving this pack...if you promoted 4 players does that mean that you get 2 packs?

No you will only get 1! am so annoyed tho i upgraded my only 2 lvl 20s and I only have 1 gold weapon so far! so i was hoping for this box! (got the pistol in the last one and i dont like it!)

 I did not receive either the victory pack nor the commendation pack and I prestiged 4 classes this past weekend.  Can someone from Bioware please reach out and see if this can be cleared up?  I would like those items

I was screwed on the comendation pack last time and this time. These challenges have no pay off.

Oh ffs, people did another exploit? Can't they just bugger off and let us that wants to play the game as intended?

 EA support wasn't helpful in telling me if we will get them when the bug is fixed or we'll have to wait until next challenge.  I've not seen any answer one way or another.

The exploit is probably pretty easy to do.  I haven't looked it up or tried it of course (why take the fun out of the weekly challenges?), but I can probably easily guess how to do it.  I can't really see this happening to someone by accident over and over. 

Hopefully they ban the people doing it and they can fix it server side, so we aren't sitting around waiting for a patch.

Hopefully it gets resolved soon. I got a victory pack but still waiting on the commendation pack. Promoted 4 and I want my pack!

I have an idea why this occurred to us in this thread. For me, I know I prestiged a character w/ my data in OFF position. I realized this and switched back, then later prestiged 4 more characters before the end of the challenge. I'm guessing the exploiters were doing some mix of this to boost on credits and earn more packs somehow.

Me as well i dint get the commendation pack but when i check my registered content it says
Operation Raptor Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, April 10 at 5pm PST) Mass Effect 3 Xbox 360 More Info
and for my pc version of the game as well.
i check the stores many times and nothing

sooooo still no word on anything from bioware/ea huh?

and to think i wondered why when i logged onto these forums it said "absolutely no flaming staff" the reason ur getting flamed is b/c ur doing nothing to satisfy the needs of the community...in this case a simple question about the timeframe in which we can expect to receive our packs or the steps i need to take to receive it

im posting in the technical support forum and cant get an answer from anybody other than users who know as much as i do!!!

sooooo disappointing, not playing anymore until i get treated like something other than a $60 chump
