While I was waiting to join a multiplayer game, I was in the store and the game launched. I ended up losing my items, characters, and weapons. Since then, I have accumulated some of the same items/weapons/characters. \\

I would like to know what the recourse is on this situation. As, I have accumulated a lot of points. Will we recieve those points back to purchase other packs?

I contacted support twice at: https://help.ea.com/...t/mass-effect-3 however, they have directed me to these forums with the assurance I will get a response from an EA/Bioware moderator to help solve this issue.
