If I use Cryoblast on an armored target, is that considered chilled?
Because ... I mean, that seems like for a quarian engineer (who can have both abilities), 100% vs chilled is a no-brainer. You make up the damage on the second incinerate, and most "oh snap!" enemies are going to take a lot of incerates to begin with (Banshee, Prime, Brute, Atlas).
Just curious, because I noticed everyone was saying "go dmg vs armor" and I just can't understand why if cryoblast vs armor still counts as chilled.
