I got the second weapon I wanted, the Eagle. I would rather have had the Valiant, but whatever. I tested it in one single Geth gold run on my AA and it was decent. The kickback turned me off a bit though (I prefer my pistols without that much kickback). Not many complaints other than that.

only has kick back if you dont use the pistol amp rail thing that i found  and the fact that you really dont have to aim it at all you will hit  you target if you  dont have to zoom the eagle is for engineers and adepts hand down it is really ideal for them my salarian engineer/ and asari adept are in love with! i can nail anyhting with out zooming in put a barrel on it and no scope and or clip for a mod you will have alot fun with full auto pistol that is highly accurate{ i am hoping that i can upgrade it to see if it can out preform the carnifex so far in damage at level 1 its lacking but the full auto makes up for it

to the [people that say the eagle sucks, try not zooming in and use the pistol rail amp2 or 3 it wont have a kick back and it works great the eagle is not meat to be used with zoom function

as for me i got the eagle once i get few upgrades for it i hope we can upgrade it should be even better the a carnifex x

Got the Eagle pistol. Very serviceable weapon considering it won't ever rank up. Extremely lightweight. I find single fire mode works best for me. Semi and full auto has too much kick. Well not when I am targeting center mass but I am a headshot junkie .

And it serves triple duty. Has semi auto like a SMG, full auto albeit with a clip of 18 like an AR but with superior damage to both. Plus of course a solid pistol.

Will have to see how it works with my soldier.  

I should add after 2 weeks in my highest ranked weapon is Avenger - 5.  Everything else is rank 1 - 3.  With no damage or piercing mods above 2.  So performance is relative to that.  So I don't know how it stands up vs. a rank 10 pistol, common or not.

I got the N7 Hurricane, an SMG that I'm not likely to use at all since I picked up a Locust recently. I was hoping for the Valiant myself as I use it in single player, but of course no such luck. On the other hand, I didn't get stuck with yet another Shotgun, so I'm hesitant to complain -too- much here.

No, i would have been fine with any weapon except the sniper. And what do i get?

I really recommend anyone who go the N7 Valiant who otherwise uses a Widow or Blackwidow to switch to the Valiant on Bronze and Non-Reaper Silver difficulty. It kills very effectively with good damage and is a MUCH better weapon than the Widows in lower difficulties due to more kills per clip. (I can kill about 20 guys between restocking, and consistently get 75+ kills)

At Reaper Silver and Gold, only Widows will work.

I got the Crusader, not once, but twice. No, I'm not kidding.

I pretty much hate shotguns with a passion (with the exception of the AT-12 Raider, which you can't get for MP), so what do I get all the time when purchasing Spectre packs? Shotguns. What did I get as my reward on PC? The N7 Crusader Shotgun.

I noticed I'd also been assigned the reward for the 360, despite only completing it on PC so went ahead and activated my Commendation and Victory Packs on that too.

Victory Pack? Graal Spike Thrower I. Commendation Pack? N7 Crusader I - again.
And this was on a completely "new" account which had even played a match on multiplayer before.

Ever since I heard the song... I swear recently this has just playing in the background at BioWare all day.

That's because the rewards are by Origen I.D. not by console name. So due to your LIVE account being linked to the same BioWare/Origen I.D. as the P.C. Identety you got it for both of them ....

I appreciate that but I assumed the content of the packs was supposed to be random? Unless they went round specifically setting the type of N7 Weapon issued for each account, which, I guess they could have. It did take them a while longer than they initially thought to issue rewards after all. Either that or I'm just really unlucky and the RNG gave me the same thing twice by pure chance.

Got the Valiant...initially disappointed, then I started using it. Hell yes. I'm a master sniper now.
