 When I started up my Mass Effect three today I realized something was a little off about my Shepard, but I decided to just shrug it off and keep playing. Her hair and Eyes were different colors...

Then When I went to go on a mission is when I noticed something that worried me-- first of all, everything was unequiped and second of all half her upgrades were gone. Now I could deal with the different looks but when I can't upgrade ardenaline rush because there is a little lock on it, I am worried. 

I just want to know why all of the sudden so much changed after 20ish hours of gameplay. 


Edit: It Appears that it transfered her Back to Level 1.
