 I missed my chance to get the Reaper Code Fragments from the Geth Fighter Squadrons mission, so I bought it on the Spectre Requisitions, came out of the room, turned around to give the Asari War Strategist the Reaper Code Fragments and a prompt wouldn't appear.
I have the item, but can't give it to her.
Anyone else with this problem?

Solved. Just reloaded the game.

Im glad its solved sux u had to restar the system so it would work though.

Yea same thing happened to me so I went to another part of the citadel and came back. Then she let me turn the quest in.

Yeah, apparently the code checks to see if you have a quest item when you enter an area. I noticed this for a couple of other quests also.
