Right when Anderson takes his quick nap at the end, after TIM decides he also wants to go sleepy, the part where Hackett radios shep should go like this:

Hackett:"Shepard, the Crucible isn't firing"
Shepard:"I must kill the reapers!"
Hackett: "No Shepard, YOU ARE the reapers"

And then Shepard was a husk.
