So I'm playing as a tank and everything is going well but I have my party member tactics set up to enemy -> target of party member -> Main Character / Attack / Use Ability etc...
This works fine on the first enemy but after that my guys scatter to the wind instead of following me to my next target. Is there something else I need to add to get them to just go right to the next guy I focus on?

I think you need to change their behavior away from default. I usually use Defensive or Ranged. I also use enemy -> target of party member -> Main Character / Attack then have another tactic right below that with enemy -> target of party member -> Main Character / Ability

Thank you. It was, in fact, because they were set to Default. I changed it to defensive and they're acting properly now.
